The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) is Riverside County’s primary transportation agency charged by state law with the responsibility of planning and funding improvements.

The Commission is overseen by a 34-member Board comprised of an elected official from each of the county’s 28 cities, all five county supervisors and an ex-officio member that is appointed by the Governor.
